DELIVERY AND RETURNS


 

PACKAGING

Deborah Husk Photography takes pride in ensuring your artwork is packaged and delivered as securely as possible. Framed items are packed with extra care and placed in adjustable corrugated inserts to lock the frame into position.

 

STANDARD DELIVERY AND PACKAGING

All standard orders include Parcel Protection under UPS. Orders are processed once credit card authorisation and verification have been obtained. Framing is bespoke and usually takes around 5 days to complete.  Standard delivery typically takes a further three (3) to five (5) business days making total order time around 2 weeks.

We only deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom and are not able to ship to PO Boxes, British Forces Post Office (BFPO), Channel Islands or Isle of Man.

EXPRESS DELIVERY AND HANDLING

MULTIPLE DELIVERY / FREE STANDARD DELIVERY 

If your order results to more than 1 framed picture you will be entitled to FREE standard shipping, subject to the standard shipping and handling process outlined above.

 

DELIVERY CARRIERS

We aim to send all shipments through UPS.

 

LOST/STOLEN OR TAMPERED MAIL 

Deborah Husk Photography does not take any responsibility for lost or stolen mail once it has left our hands - if you require additional tracking on your package within the UK we suggest you contact us via the express delivery option. If your item has been mis-handled, lost or incorrectly delivered by the carrier we will lodge a complaint for you and escalate the matter.  Deborah Husk Photography does not replace or refund if third parties have incorrectly handled mail. Deborah Husk Photography is in no way responsible for lost, mis-handled or stolen goods. Deborah Husk Photography cannot take responsibility for damages caused to the product through inappropriate handling by the customer.

 

RETURNS

I understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product. A refund or exchange will be issued as long as the product is returned safely following the returns procedure outlined below.

(a)    Deborah Husk receives the returned product within [ 7 ] days following [the date of dispatch of the product to you].

(b)    The returned product is [unused, in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new].

(c)    You comply with the procedure set out in this policy in relation to the return of the product.

 

RETURN PROCEDURE 

In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must follow the return procedure outlined below:

Step 1 – Within seven days of your merchandise delivery date, please contact Deborah Husk on 01672 851233 to give us your order information and reason for wanting to return the work
Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials used by Deborah Husk. If you have already disposed of the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely to Deborah Husk.
Step 3 - Products returned must be sent via courier to: Deborah Husk, Manor Studio, Alton Priors, Marlborough, Wiltshire SN8 4JX.  You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.
Step 4 - Once your artwork safely reaches the studio, Deborah Husk will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment

 

REFUNDS

Deborah Husk will provide a refund for the price you paid in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the return procedure.

Deborah Husk will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product.

Deborah Husk will not refund to you any costs you incur in returning the product to the studio.

Deborah Husk will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Deborah Husk will process the refund within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product.

 

IMPROPER RETURNS

If you return a product in contravention of this policy, and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product:

(a)    Deborah Husk will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product;

(b)    Deborah Husk may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

(c)    if Deborah Husk does not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, Deborah will contact you to see if you are still wanting to proceed with your order before cancelling.
